The assessment vendor is asking you to give them a reason to hire you while studying your behavior to ascertain if you believe in what you are saying. They are evaluating your verbal and non-verbal cues for signs of honesty and confidence in your skills and whether you can identify what sets you apart from the other candidates. Answer with sincerity. If you can align your interests with what this opportunity offers, all the better.
