What is your greatest growth opportunity?

This question is asking you what your greatest professional weakness is or what obstacles you'd like to overcome. This question tests your emotional maturity by asking you to take ownership of your development. As they state on their site, "Whether you're just starting out or an experienced professional, Prudential can help you find a lasting and rewarding career. You'll be part of a growing, dynamic, inclusive company that supports you, and your professional growth. With our Talent Network, you'll learn more about our people, culture, and discover professional development tips from our leaders."

The assessment vendor will study your performance for signs of discomfort or dishonesty. They'll analyze verbal cues to identify if you're exaggerating or not being completely honest, such as repeating a question before answering, speaking in sentence fragments, displaying a change in speech pattern, irregular speech, and rising and falling tone. When your words don't match your gestures, your gestures will be seen as the truth. So maintain eye contact and confident body language, be comfortable, and speak from the heart.
