The interviewer or hiring manager may or may not have your resume or CV in front of them to see your qualifications. They must assume you have the required qualifications for the nursing position, or you would not have made it to the interview. However, they want to hear from you about how you are qualified for the role. Every RN position at the Mayo Clinic will have specific requirements based on the geographical location and department you are interviewing for. Before your interview, review the job description and highlight every certification, experience, degree, and license you possess that makes you qualified for the role.
