" In five years, I will have gained more experience in my field and be working towards a leadership role within the Mayo Clinic. I plan to continue my education and obtain any certifications your organization requires to further advance my career.

Looking ahead to ten years, I aspire to be a charge nurse, mentor, and role model for other nurses, sharing my knowledge and experience with those just starting out in the field. I also hope to have contributed to the advancement of nursing practices through research and innovation. Ultimately, my goal is to positively impact the lives of my patients and colleagues and continue growing both personally and professionally."
