Yet one's ability to accurately forecast these takes time to develop as a skill. Additionally, one's own ambitions can sometimes undermine one's success, especially where the workload they've taken on was more than they could manage. Taking this into consideration, disclose to the interviewer the size of your current, or most recent, insurance portfolio. Inform them whether it was manageable, that you are able to handle the volume required of you, while sharing your preferences for your portfolio size, should you be offered the position.
