How do you respond to feedback?

This question tests your emotional maturity and how focused on your career you truly are. You can't always predict what they may say, and you can't always predict how you might feel in response, but this question aims to assess whether you are governed by your emotions in such situations. Depending on who is delivering the feedback, it can sometimes be hard to be on the receiving end. Yet a professional who is focused on advancing their career will distill the useful takeaways from the feedback and apply it to shore up their future success. Additionally, a person who seeks out feedback rather than waiting for it to come to them showcases their professional determination towards advancement. Consider these points when formulating your response.
