The aim of this question is to reveal whether you are the type of employee who prefers the status quo, or if you are the type of employee who looks forward to opportunities to step outside of your comfort zone. Most organizations prefer to hire candidates who can apply creative thinking when needed, but can also follow protocol and guidelines. Assure the interviewer that you are an individual who can achieve both.
