"I currently work as the marketing coordinator on the growth team of a small start-up. Because we're so small, every team from engineering and product is involved in our decision-making. Recently, we had to do an entire website redesign in preparation for launching a new product. We assigned an overall project manager, delegated tasks to each team, and came together to meet the redesign deadline.
