At Lululemon, there are multiple projects going on at once. How do you prioritize tasks?
In such a busy environment, it's important to know what is critical to complete. The hiring manager wants to know that you understand how to prioritize projects or ask questions when you're unsure. Explain your usual organizational process and ask any relevant questions about the tools and processes they use.
"I consider myself an expert organizer as I've always been in roles where I was juggling multiple projects. In my current position, I use Asana to track and manage our workload and can easily move due dates around as priorities change. Once I'm in a position, I usually get a sense of what is most important, but if anything comes up and I'm not sure where it falls on the list of importance, I don't hesitate to ask. I like to have firm due dates in place and come in ahead of those due dates should any priorities shift, which they always seem to do."
