For some, this interview question can feel like a tricky one to answer. But the aim is to showcase how well you think outside the box while giving your interviewer greater confidence that you're the right person for the role. For example, Lowe's advertises they are "on a mission to deliver the right products, at the right prices, in every community we serve. If you think you'd be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you." Showcase an attribute that might be a weakness and a strength, making you a great fit. For example, if you are extremely ambitious and always looking for more opportunities to grow or finish all of your tasks early, and you pester your leaders for more work when they often struggle to come up with more busy work for you, then suggest that if they find such an over-performer annoying, then they might consider not hiring you.

Ryan Brown created and launched MockQuestions in 2008.
"I understand you are looking for 6 years of management experience, and I possess just 3. With that said, I have a great amount of training in management and some notable successes that I look forward to applying to my role here at Lowe's."
