Be honest with the interviewer about your product knowledge and experience with the tools you'll be expected to discuss with your customers. If you don't have much knowledge or experience, inform your interviewer that you look forward to learning more about Lowe's products and services, that you are a quick learner, and advertise the customer service or relatable skills you have that would translate well to the role.
