At the start of my week, I meet with my manager and we review all open projects and note which deadlines are approaching and which are most critical to complete. I make a list of each project with action items needed, color code the importance level, and block time on my calendar to work on them without distractions. If possible, I delegate some of the lower-priority tasks so I can focus on those that need urgent attention."
