We had our elevator inspections in January. The inspector had a key card to enter our buildings and operate our elevators for testing. He notified me his key card was not working and he would have to return at a later date. This would delay the renewal of our elevator permits. Therefore, I issued a new key card for him to use while he was doing our inspections and hand-delivered it to him so we could renew our permits without delay.

Working at a manufacturing plant, we needed a method to capture all costs for each of our customer programs. I created an Excel spreadsheet for each customer program to include all costs in the price of each product, including product costs, labor, rebates, incentives, shipping, and commissions.
