"This is super cliche, but it's also true. I am not good at delegating to others. When I become submerged in a project, I don't like to give away any control. Sometimes I focus on many details, even in simple problems, and think about its solution in a complex way. It takes much time to identify the issues and discussing with friends to get the best resolution. For example, when measurements go wrong, I will collect the data, wrangle, analyze and predict possible root causes. After finding the cause of the problem, I will sometimes go different ways to get the best solution, and it may be expensive in terms of time and finance. So I have been striving to improve the habit by checking resources, developing the portfolio objective, and allocating the deadline.

It sounds like you're a detail-oriented person. Being detail-oriented is usually positive, but if you tend to spend too much time on the simple aspects of a project, it can also be considered a weakness. By talking about how you sometimes over-focus on details, you're relating that you're capable of helping the company avoid mistakes. However, it's important to talk about how you're working to improve your weakness. Explain how you're making improvements by looking at the big picture. While it's not always valuable to be preoccupied with the finer points, an employee that can assure quality and works to achieve balance with the big picture can be a positive asset.
