Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
Your interviewer is curious whether you have identified what uniquely positions you as their target talent. Identify the needs of the company, the teams, and the recruiter. Address your interviewer's motives and pain points. Share what they have to gain from your talent, skill, and experience. Offer what they would have to gain from your loyalty, motivation, determination, innovation, and sense of collaboration. Incorporate their language and keywords in your answer when you can. Tell them that you fit the mold of who they are looking to fill this position. "We are stepping up and raising the bar of our ambitions. Go Places at Heineken. Are you ready to be brave? Are you ready to work miracles? Are you ready to be bold? Are you ready to empower yourself? Are you ready for more?"

"Because everything about my personality would qualify as being a pioneer. When I move somewhere new, I love to explore and go off the beaten path.
