Here at Cisco, we use Zendesk for our Customer Relationship Management, or CRM system. Can you describe your experience with this software?

Every IT organization has legacy applications, systems, and other components within its IT infrastructure. You should be familiar with these as an IT engineer, even if you haven't worked with the solution in your previous positions. Suppose you are unfamiliar with the software or hardware the Cisco interviewer asks you about. In that case, you should admit this and then describe how you would learn about the technology so you can immediately begin to support it.

"I have worked with many different CRM systems. Since Zendesk is one of the leaders in this category, I am very familiar with the software and have experience working with it. I can immediately begin supporting the Cisco Zendesk CRM tool and will look for opportunities to improve your implementation of it based on my experience using it with my previous employers."
