It is inevitable that stressful situations will occur, especially in an information technology environment. Your answer to this question should demonstrate that you maintain a consistent attitude, perform the same in stressful situations as you would in routine ones, and recognize critical situations and the need to apply additional resources to resolve them. Providing a past example of how you accomplished this will demonstrate your ability to remain calm during a crisis.
