"I do not often have disagreements with my co-workers because I feel my interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is very high. However, there have been a few times in my career where I did not see eye-to-eye with a co-worker. The disagreement was not personal, but rather it was based on a disagreement about how we should approach a project. I listened to my co-worker and then I shared my concerns. I was able to come to a solution with the co-worker and because of this our relationship actually became stronger and we were better able to communicate with each other."
