At Capita plc we are purpose-driven. What specific Capita plc purpose attracted you to apply to us?

"It is hard for me to pick just one of the purposes that embodies the Capita plc brand. I believe in creating better outcomes for all stakeholders, operating a responsible business for our communities and customers, and providing cutting-edge technology. If I have to pick just one, it would be providing cutting-edge technology. When we can make our customer's lives easier and more rewarding through the use of technology, that is very rewarding to me, and the primary reason I applied for this role"
