On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your reliability and why?

"To give you an example of how reliable I am: in my last role as a Financial Analyst, my team and I were tasked with wrapping up our fiscal year-end. I happened to notice that 4 weeks before the fiscal year-end deadline, many of my coworkers took PTO and I was 2 of 4 people that were supposed to be there working to get everything wrapped up. I wanted to get everything done and closed, so I knew I needed to take initiative and stay late a few nights that week. I talked with my coworker and they agreed to do the same thing, and we were able to finish up fiscal year-end together. I would say I am very reliable and would do whatever is necessary to get the job done."

"I consider myself highly reliable. Giving a 10/10 seems a little bit overconfident, however, I have pushed multiple projects through to completion in my last role as a materials coordinator. I was in charge of delivery schedules and on-time deliveries for our customers of materials and made sure vendor information was correctly uploaded into the vendor management system. We had an instance where delivery was supposed to go out on a Friday (we did not deliver on weekends) and it was running behind. I jumped in to help craft the materials and we were able to get it done before the end of the day so that it could be sent to the customer."
