"In my previous role as an Engineer, I was responsible for forecasting and putting together models to predict how to manage our systems. There were times when the whole team's forecasting and numbers fell short and we would have to work late to recalibrate. There were times when everyone had a difference of opinion on which route to take next. I like to be inclusive and work together in a team when in my role, and I made sure we all took turns voicing our opinions. I helped the group come to a compromise of each person's thoughts and we were able to move forward."
