Describe your leadership skills.

There are two ways to look at this question. The first is how you have used your leadership skills in past roles to lead employees and peers. Second, if you have no leadership experience, think about how you step up in certain situations and take the lead. As BC Hyrdo positions itself with leadership development opportunities, the interviewer wants to know how you will step up if needed and what those leadership skills look like.
