How do you respond to feedback both positive and negative?

"It's important for me to be able to learn and grow, which I know is important at BC Hydro. Even though it can be difficult to hear criticism, I always pause before I respond and take time to think about what feedback is being given to me. I will often ask if I am able to have some time to think so that I can come back with solutions."

"I accept both kinds of feedback, as I feel it's important to be able to learn and grow. Sometimes negative feedback can be uncomfortable, but sometimes growth comes from outside of your comfort zone."
