"Last week I noticed that my teammate had not completed reviewing her test plans for the following week which would put us behind schedule. In an effort to stay on schedule, I offered to take on some of her workloads. We worked together for a couple of overtime hours that day and were able to catch her up on everything. It felt good to help but also benefited the project we were working on to keep it on schedule."

"I often go above and beyond when it comes to helping new employees to feel comfortable and welcomed. In my current position, I like to take them under my wing and act as a mentor and let them shadow me if they are in a similar role. I like to make sure to be inclusive of all people and positions, and I would definitely strive to do that at BC Hydro."
