"I like to determine priorities in a few different ways. The biggest way I identify priorities is by first speaking with my manager. We are one team, and I like to make sure I am in alignment with expectations from my manager first before I decide what needs to be done. After that, it is up to me to prioritize and work together with the stakeholders and communicate. I like to set up meetings, clearly communicate all of the priorities and expectations, and have them help determine priority level so that we are on the same page."

"Oftentimes I will set up calls or schedule meetings where the team and I can sit down and talk through priorities. I also like to use software such as Airtable or Trello for all of us to collaborate together and gain further alignment. It is also important that we can communicate and stay in constant communication should priorities shift and change. When working with customers, it has been my experience that priorities can and will change."
