"In the next 5 years, I would like to see myself acquire the skills and knowledge to pursue an Accounting Manager position. After researching your organization, I know that job shadowing, mentoring, and coaching are ways that BC Hydro can help uplevel someone's career aspirations and I really admire that commitment to your employees. Although I am applying for the Accounting Specialist position now, I always like to learn and grow and at least uplevel my knowledge."

"I have set up a 5-10 year career aspiration plan, and after researching your organization and learning more about this position, I feel that this role fits with my future aspirations and the skills I would like to develop.
