This HR team is committed to bringing the world's top talent to Amazon and then providing this talent the opportunity to move them through the organization. If I could bring one creative recruitment approach to Amazon, it would be further experimentation with candidate attraction strategies on TikTok. I am very active on the platform and have explored ways to use this social media tool for talent attraction and even candidate engagement. One company that does this very well is Shopify. I read that Shopify, Chipotle, and other companies are testing a pilot program called TikTok Resumes. Applicants can submit video resumes to potential employers right from the social platform. This type of social recruiting aligns with Amazon's focus on taking bold direction and embodies the Leadership Principle of 'Think Big.'
