QUESTION 27 OF 35

How do you continue to educate yourself as an expert in staffing?

Continued education is critical in the staffing industry as regulations and technology change all of the time. Aerotek seeks to hire people who are committed to growth within their profession. Talk to the interviewer about how you plan to educate yourself within staffing. Some staffing agencies may even pay for continued education opportunities, so please ask the interviewer if this is an option at Aerotek.

"I read a lot and also subscribe to a variety of accounts and LinkedIn groups related to recruitment and staffing. I like to attend at least one conference every year. Last year, I attended a conference where the topics included legal issues in staffing and unconscious bias. Do you offer continued education opportunities to your team members here at Aerotek?"
