QUESTION 33 OF 35

Describe your communication skills.

At Aerotek, communication is key for building their reputation and relationships with everyone they work with. Excellent communication is important for communicating expectations from candidates, collaborating with team members, forming partnerships with clients, winning contracts, and even representing the community.

The Aerotek hiring manager wants to know how well you communicate in any given scenario. Please show them your communication skills and assure them that you know the importance and impact of good written and verbal communication.

"As a recruiter, I have the ability to convey information at all levels. For example, I've worked with candidates looking for their first job and even executives in the workforce for many years. I treat both types of candidates with the same professionalism and communicate the next steps throughout the entire process. I never assume they understand the process, and I answer all of their questions with as much information as possible. This helps eliminate confusion and puts them at ease. I also understand that as a recruiter, I represent Aerotek, so I make sure all of my written documents are well-written, accurate, and professional."
