This is an example of a behavioral question. Behavioral questions inquire about how you responded to specific work-related situations in your previous positions. They are used to predict your behavior if similar circumstances present themselves after you've been hired. The best way to structure your answer to a behavioral question is using the STAR framework. You briefly describe the Situation, talk about the Task you were trying to accomplish, discuss the Actions you took, and then summarize the Results you achieved.

"I am always open to feedback and constructive criticism to my video game designs. For example, I recently was tasked to create a follow-on game to one I originally designed several years prior. Before commencing to design the new game, I identified some users of the original one and requested their feedback. I used this to improve the new game's features and include some new ideas I hadn't thought of. As a result, the players widely accepted the new game and was one of the most profitable products the organization produced."
