QUESTION 11 OF 30

Can you name some of the HTML5 frameworks used in game engines?

Organizations use various software languages and formats to produce their video game products. They will ask you questions during the interview to determine your knowledge of these and your ability to use them. This provides them the assurance that you will be able to begin making contributions to their video game design efforts immediately after being hired without much initial training or orientation.

Before an interview, you should research the organization to determine its practices and procedures used to create video games. You should then take time to review the software, programming languages, web formats, and other tools the organization uses. While you will not be expected to know every detail of each of these, you should have a general familiarity with them and be able to respond to questions like this one during the interview.

"I have begun to use HTML5 extensively in my video game designs. Some of the important frameworks HTML5 uses to create game engines include Construct 2, CAAT, Turbulence, and Phaser. When used properly, these frameworks can reduce the time needed to create an effective and responsive HTML5 environment for the game I'm working on."
