As a Ticket Agent, you will be working very independently. How do you keep your manager informed about what is being done in your work area?

Ticket Agents work very independently on a daily basis and you will be relied upon to keep your manager up to speed on your work progress and any potential issues that you are facing on the job. As you answer, be sure to stress your ability to work independently while also being very communicative to your manager. If possible, use examples of how you've communicated with managers in prior roles you've held. Also, don't hesitate to tell your interviewer about your project management and organizational skills.
