Everybody has a seminal moment in their professional lives in which achieving something made a significant difference in the trajectory of their career. Identifying and discussing this with the interviewer will demonstrate that you recognize how achievements can help both you and the organization advance. The interviewer will also be interested and the impact of the achievement and how you took advantage of it to move forward. If possible, discuss an achievement relative to the role for which you are interviewing.
