"When taking on a new development project, I break the project down into concrete tasks and delegate them to each of my team members. I then delegate the tasks according to the team's strengths and prior experience. Sometimes, I will assign a new task to a team member who has not worked on something similar before to help expand their skills and knowledge. If the task is extremely challenging, I partner them with someone with more experience. This enables both employees to expand their skills as developers and leaders."
