Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

As an Orthopedic Physician Assistant, there are many ways to advance your career if interested. There are leadership opportunities, volunteering, recognition programs, training, and mentorship programs. Or, you may decide to go back to medical school. Every person has their own professional five-year goals, and the interviewer wants to hear what motivates you in your profession and how long you plan on working for their company. Having professional goals also shows the interviewer that you will most likely work hard, have a great attitude, and be dedicated to your job.
