Interviewers commonly ask this question to see how open and honest you are about your shortcomings and how you plan to improve. Choose a weakness that is related to the position, but that won't prohibit you from being considered as a candidate. Give an example of how you have identified your weakness and the steps you are taking to make that weakness a strength.

"I think my greatest weakness is finding a good balance between work and my personal life. After going to school for so long and doing clinicals, it is easy for me to be more focused on work than my social life. I have many friends who are disappointed that I don't get together with them that often, which is starting to affect our relationships. I am working on improving that by scheduling time with my friends more often on my days off. Also, I joined a gym and have scheduled racquetball games with a few of my friends twice a week."
