What is your greatest strength?
The interviewer wants to hear what you consider your greatest strength as it relates to the job. Reread the job description and look at what the interviewer is looking for in their ideal candidate. Choose a strength that shows the interviewer you have the skills and qualities they are looking for in an employee. When describing your strength, give an example of how you have used that strength in the past and the results you have obtained.
"My greatest strength is my ability to handle pressure. I can accommodate a heavy workload and multiple patients, which will help me succeed in this position. I have worked with many emergencies and find it easy for me to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations. By working well under pressure, it reassures my patients, and they develop trust and confidence in my abilities."
