We use Zendesk for our Customer Relationship Management or CRM system. Can you describe your experience with this software?
Every IT organization has legacy applications, systems, and other components within its IT infrastructure. You should be familiar with these as an IT engineer, even if you haven't worked with the solution in your previous positions. Suppose you are unfamiliar with the software or hardware the interviewer asks you about. In that case, you should admit this and then describe how you would learn about the technology so you can immediately begin to support it.
