"One of the things that attracted me to working in the IT industry was the opportunity to learn new things daily. I enjoy expanding my knowledge on a variety of topics, but especially information technology. I have a few tools I use to stay up to date on developments in our industry. These include industry newsletters and blogs, technology magazines, information published by equipment and software vendors, industry conferences, and participating in local user groups. I also spend time talking to my peers in the information technology organization and asking them about new developments they are aware of."
