      Marcie's Feedback

It's great that you're honest and self-aware when it comes to your greatest weakness. Make sure to talk about what you're doing to overcome this weakness, however. Do you consciously slow yourself down these days to make sure you aren't making an impulsive decision without considering all the facts and options? Is there an example you can talk about of a time when you successfully pulled back and saw that there was more than one possibility of action available and then went with a different one than you initially planned to? Assure the interviewer that you are in the process of overcoming this weakness. Great job!
