This tests your emotional intelligence and your aptitude to learn and grow on a personal level. Some respond poorly to feedback and criticism, taking the posturing of victimization rather than applying those lessons towards their growth. Even though not all feedback will be delivered in a friendly, easy-to-absorb manner, that doesn't necessarily mean it's a personal attack.

Therefore, your interviewers want to see that you are confident and mature enough to accept feedback and criticism positively, even when unsolicited. Think of a time when you received feedback or criticism that may have felt a bit hurtful or surprising. Discuss how you reacted productively. Tell a story that shows the interviewers how you consider constructive criticism and try to learn from it. Talk about how you successfully implemented changes in response to the feedback.
