After reading the job description, is there any aspect of the job where you would require training?

First, review the job description before your interview. Then, highlight any area that you feel you may need on-the-job training. Be honest with the interviewer if there is an aspect of the job you are not familiar with. The interviewer would rather you be truthful so they know how to proceed with training if hired for the position.

If there is a job duty you are unfamiliar with, avoid telling the interviewer that you feel comfortable with all the job duties listed in the job description. If hired, it will become apparent to the interviewer that you were not truthful in the interview, which will not look favorable for you.

"I read the job description in its entirety, and the only aspect of the job where I would require training is on Walgreens policies and procedures. However, I assume that will be covered during the orientation. Other than that, I feel comfortable with all of the other job responsibilities listed."
