Additionally, with a heavy focus on developing their future leaders from within, how you answer this question stands to offer clues as to the type of leadership you would model your own style after. So spend time familiarizing yourself with the leadership style they describe fostering, and see how it aligns with the mentors you've had who influenced your development the most.

I believe that I have worked successfully in both a close working relationship with lots of feedback and accountability as well as in a working environment with lots of personal space and autonomy. I think it’s a matter of adapting to the current environment and I am confident that I can work effectively in either situation.
Marcie's Feedback
This is an excellent answer. It shows that you are adaptable and able to work for any type of manager, whether they prefer to check in a lot or give a lot of freedom. If there's a manager you particularly enjoyed working for in the past, consider mentioning them and what you liked about them to further personalize your response. Good job!

I work best with managers that are patient to mentor others and also have clear communication tendencies.

Jaymie's Feedback
