Tell me about a unique responsibility that routinely fell on your shoulders in your last position?

In my previous position, I routinely made decisions regarding the team in order to manage resources effectively to ensure prompt assistance to attorneys as well as being responsible for selecting, hiring, and training new hires to ensure that they are technically competent and also a good team culture fit.
