Every airline has strict safety protocols. Not only does your interview want to assess how versed you are with those protocols, but also your emotional intelligence, and whether you would help maintain calm and order in such situations. Talk to the interviewer about how you would react in a situation where you felt safety was at risk.

"My reaction to a safety threat would rely on my on-the-job training. I would want to make sure that I follow company protocol and safety regulations. I believe that if I were faced with a safety threat, I would do everything to ensure passengers remained calm. They are trusting you to have such situations under control. Trust is earned, so you have to earn it with no time to spare."
