I actually have an education in economics and accountancy, but while I worked at ____ I realized I enjoyed the work there and decided to continue. I believe my experiences in the automotive industry would give me a really good base for a position at Siemens Healthineers.

This is a good start, but do you have any training (or other work experiences) that would translate to this role? Transferrable skills are super important, so even if you don't have specific training in the role you're applying for, being able to show the transferrable skills that you've acquired will make a compelling case as to why this manager should hire you.
