Within our multi-national organization, there are many opportunities for career growth. If hired, where would you like to take your career with Siemens?

Prior to the interview, perform deep research into the company. Come up with several directions you'd like to take your career should they grant you the opportunity. You'll have three, eight-month assignments in the two-year program. Go into your interview with six choices after performing your research. Rank them according to preference. This way, you'll be more than prepared should this question present itself.

Here are some of the statements Siemens makes on the Finance Excellence Program:

The Finance Excellence Program is a tailored-to-fit program. You will choose assignments based on your personal background, interests, and prior experience. Freedom to pick the functional role and business area for your assignments, the access to a broad network to select your team, or the flexibility to select a geographic location that you wish to explore. This way, we make sure you have the best opportunities to develop your skills.

"I am very interested in working with Siemen's turbine and wind farm management. I am very passionate about clean energy solutions, and wind farms are truly amazing in my opinion. But if I were granted the opportunity to participate in the Siemens Finance Excellence Program, I'm sure I'd discover so many other opportunities within the company that would also tantalize my interests."
