What has been your greatest achievement to date?

It is okay to brag a little when answering this question. Show that you are proud of yourself and your accomplishments. Describe how this achievement acts as a milestone towards your goals. If you fit it into your five-year plan, what you seek to accomplish next, and how that aligns with Siemens Finance Excellence Program, all the better.

The road to self-improvement is never-ending. Once you offer your example, offer where you hope this achievement will lead you on your path. Also from their site: Two short years. A lifetime of knowledge. You're climbing the mountain. You want to rise above yourself. Focus on the essentials: a clear goal, the right tools, and, of course, the right people at your side.

"It may sound corny, but sitting here in this interview with you? The fact that we are here right now means that I have achieved all the goals required in my five-year plan to have gotten me to this point in time. I've never reached this point before, so in all honesty, this is my greatest achievement to date."
