Why would you be a good candidate for the Siemens Finance Excellence Program?

Some of the questions posed in their branding for their program are if you have a strong character, communicative competence, analytic ability, flexibility, a broad mind, and an absolute willingness to perform. Spend a great deal of time studying all the statements for the demographic audience they are trying to reach with their branding. Instill those into the qualities you possess. By determining this, you'll be able to offer what makes you a viable candidate.

Don't just spout off things you've read on their site verbatim. Translate them to how they apply to you, in your own words, with sincerity.

"Aside from my skills and accomplishments, I think I'd be a good candidate simply because of my outlook and attitude. I would do everything I can to exceed expectations out of sheer gratitude for the opportunity. I never go back on a commitment. I have no doubt that there are aspects of the program which will be hard, and that there are sacrifices on a personal level that come with the territory, but that's all part of life and self-growth. Seizing the day is the best route to bringing about self-growth, on your own terms, better preparing you for the unexpected stuff when it comes your way."
