Spend a great deal of time studying all the statements for the demographic audience they are trying to reach with their branding. Instill those into the qualities you possess. By determining this, you'll be able to offer what makes you a viable candidate.

Don't just spout off things you've read on their site verbatim. Translate them to how they apply to you, in your own words, with sincerity.
