This is another common behavioral question aimed at determining where you fall on the scale of being an extrovert versus an introvert. For some, an analytical approach is more of a singular task, whereas interpersonal is more collaborative and team-oriented. Ideally, you'll want to strike a balance with both. As stated on their website, they're looking for candidates with "strong analytical skills with professional experience, including performance monitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence." Based on this description, the goal would be someone with analytical skills who also has an interpersonal approach.
